The Helping Hands Initiative is a community organization that is dedicated to improving the health, educational attainment, human welfare, housing, and economic parity opportunities for youth, adults, and families in Palm Beach County, Florida. The core goal of Helping Hands is simply to improve the complete need of every person in our community.
